Values and Risks Overview
Metrics and indicators are related to values and risks that matter to people in their livelihoods.
The articulation of values and risks precedes the definition of a balanced set of indicators, that then can be used in planning for development and change.
For each socio-technical level in society, as identified in social architecture (first column), actor values and risks are defined in relation to different stocks and flows of resources, as described in the Entity Dictionary.
| level | values | risks |
|---|---|---|
| macro actors | macro values | macro risks |
| meso actors | meso values | meso risks |
| micro actors | micro values | micro risks |
| pico actors | pico values | pico risks |
